A free business training course for a HACCP implementation in Ukraine starts
The EU project "Improvement of the Food Safety Inspection System in Ukraine", together with the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and the platform for mass open online courses "Prometheus" have developed a training course "Food Safety: modern legislation, conscientious manufacturer, responsible consumer ".
This course explains the following issues:
- what is the new food law of Ukraine;
- that food legislation gives businesses and consumers;
- who are the market operators;
- what is traceability in food law;
- what is HACCP and how to read it correctly.
The course is completely free, it is conducted in an online format and developed primarily for business representatives, but will also be useful for both public sector professionals in the food industry and for a particular consumer.
Upon completion, the students will receive a certificate.
It should be noted that the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is an internationally recognized method for detecting and managing the risks associated with food safety.
HACCP is a management system in which the safety of food products is achieved through the analysis and control of hazardous chemical, microbiological and physical factors, ranging from raw materials to the circulation and consumption of finished products.
