Despite the announcement of the replacement of the administrative building, the deputy chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration Vitaliy Svichynskyi had a scheduled meeting with representatives of the OSCE Observatory on Elections to the Verkhovna Rada of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.

"The election process should be absolutely free and transparent for the population, and we, in turn, should be always open," - said Vitaliy Svichinsky during informal communication with long-term observers.

The parties discussed cooperation in preventing violations during the electoral process, free access to polling stations and the maintenance of law and order.

At the end of the meeting, Vitaliy Svichinsky thanked the international observers for their continued support in conducting the electoral process according to the highest European standards and noted that the regional state administration is always ready to provide the necessary assistance to the work of international observers in the region.
