"I believe that this important project for the Odessa region will provide European support to the veterans," said the head of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine Irina Friz.

"We agreed with Mrs. Iryna that we will test the Center as pilot projects and try to achieve significant results in the direction of psychological rehabilitation, re-socialization of servicemen", - said Vitaliy Svichinsky.

Also, the deputy chairman expressed gratitude to representatives of the Kingdom of Norway, the United States of America and the PrydnyaUkrainian National Pedagogical University named after KD Ushinsky

It should be noted that the majority of servicemen, volunteers, settlers are psychologically unable to independently return to the system of social ties and norms of peaceful life, therefore there is a need for specialized provision of social, psychological and legal assistance.

The purpose of the Center is to implement a set of social and rehabilitation measures aimed at providing troops with comprehensive assistance and services, promoting adaptation and effective solution of problems.
