In the Odessa region, the incidence of influenza and ARI is lower than the epidemic threshold by 28%. This was reported by Director of the Department of Health of Odessa Regional State Administration Olena Teryaeva.
"Over the past week, the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections and flu in the Odessa region dropped by 8% compared with the previous period. In the region in the region more than a thousand people are vaccinated against the flu, including 249 children. Also, immunization of social risk groups continues - 982 health workers from the Odessa region have been vaccinated against influenza ", - stressed Olena Teryaeva.
Recall that in October the chairman of the Odessa regional state administration Maxim Stepanov instructed to carry out constant explanatory work among the residents of the region on the prevention of morbidity in acute respiratory viral infections.
