In the Odessa region, the institution of vocational education received a new agricultural machinery

Future wine growers will take practical lessons on new agricultural machinery. For the Tatarbunar Vocational Agricultural College two tractors, a plow, a harrow and a sprayer were purchased. The institution received the new equipment within the framework of the regional development project "Training of workers from the profession" Vynogradar ". This was reported in the Department of Education and Science of the Odessa Regional State Administration.

"The project is intended to revive viticulture in the Odessa region. It is implemented at the expense of the European Union. The total cost of the project is more than 5 million hryvnias. He will allow to train highly skilled specialists in the wine industry, as there is now a need for wine growers in the labor market ", - said Alexander Lonchak, Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Odessa Regional State Administration.

In the framework of the project, it is planned to purchase grape seedlings, additional equipment, water supply, and more. The total duration of the project is three years.

In addition, the specialty "Vinogradar" is included in the list of professions of national importance. On the basis of the Tatarbunar vocational and technical agricultural college, the training of labor personnel in this specialty is carried out from September 1, 2018.

Let's note, "Training of workers from the profession" Vynogradar "is one of five projects, which won the competition of the Ministry of Regional Development for obtaining grants from the European Union. For realization of all projects Odesa region received 65 million hryvnia.

Recall that all projects were prepared within the framework of the Strategic Action Plan of the Chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration Maxim Stepanov "Intelligent Region" for 2017-2019 years.
