An exhibition on the history of the Holodomor was opened in the Odessa region

In the Odessa historical-lore museum opened a traveling exhibition "Ukraine. 1932-1933. Genocide by Famine ". Familiarity with little-known archive material can take up to two weeks.

"The carefully collected photos, historical documents and documents were provided by the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance. The materials of this exhibition testify to the terrible crime against the Ukrainian people. This should be known to everyone. By the end of February 2020, the exposition will be visited in all regions of the Odessa region, "said Olena Oliynyk, the head of the Department of Culture, Nationalities, Religions and the Protection of Cultural Heritage objects of the Odessa Regional State Administration.

It should be noted that commemorative events take place in the Odessa region until the 85th anniversary of the Holodomor. Laying flowers and ears to commemorate the Holodomor victims is scheduled for November 24th. At 16:00, the commemoration of the victims will be commemorated by a national minute of silence, and after - by the action "A candle of light was lit".
