A newly built outpatient clinic was opened in Savransky district
In the village of Baksha Savransky district, a new outpatient clinic was built and opened to serve residents of six villages. In addition to the rooms and procedural, it provides accommodation for a family doctor.
"This is an example of a new medicine that we introduce everywhere in the small villages and cities of our region. Such opportunities have opened the way for community reform of rural medicine and decentralization, which was initiated by President Petro Poroshenko. I am confident that a family doctor will be pleased to work in such a wonderful outpatient clinic, and people will receive high-quality medical services. We are planning to open an additional pharmacy in the premises, which will require medicines for the population, "said Maxim Stepanov, the chairman of the Odessa regional state administration at the time of opening the institution.
This is the second newly built outpatient clinic that opened in the Odessa region. She will work for the villages of Baksha, Yosypivka, Hetmanivka, Kapustyanka, Dubka and Belousovka. In addition to a family doctor, the state of the medical institution has more than 9 employees, including senior and junior nurses, including FAPs.
The ambulatory was created on the terms of co-financing from the state and local budgets. The total cost was almost 5.7 million hryvnia. It is equipped with a device for measuring cholesterol, a portable spirograph, a nebulizer, a hemolytic analyzer and an electrocardiogram. The total area is 176 square meters. For patients, convenient waiting and registration zones are provided here.
It should be noted that the new car of the Renault Duster model is also attached to the medical device. "There is everything for the doctor to have decent working conditions, and patients were comfortable", - said Maxim Stepanov. He also handed over 6 mobile diagnostic complexes for Savran district pharmacies.
Recall Odessa region was the first in the country to begin the reform of rural medicine. The relevant law was signed by President Poroshenko during a working visit to the region on December 27, 2017.
