The new outpatient clinic will be equipped with modern equipment, including an electrocardiogram, hematologic and urine analyzers. And the doctor of the ambulance department will provide official housing ", - said Vitaliy Svichinsky.

According to him, the financing of construction is carried out at the expense of village, district and regional budgets.

We will remind that five oblasts, including Odesa, entered the state pilot project on development of emergency medical care in 2019. For these changes, an additional UAH 1 billion will be put into the state budget. The pilot project of emergency medicine for 2019 is planned to be used for the purchase of sanitary transport, training of instructors, and increase of salaries for physicians who have undergone an advanced training.
