A new preschool educational institution Lelechatko was opened in the village of Stariy Shompoli in Liman district. It will be visited by 45 small villagers aged two to six years. This was announced by deputy chairman of the Odessa regional state administration Serhii Koleboshin.

"We continue to reduce the turn of kindergartens in the region by opening new kindergartens, creating additional groups of active ones, as well as restoring the activities of previously closed facilities. Over the last academic year, 2050 additional places were created. The new children's institution, which we opened today in the village of Stariy Shompoli, is arranged in accordance with the requirements of the new educational space. Here children will be busy and develop in comfortable conditions. The institution has group and sleeping rooms, halls for music classes and physical culture, as well as for holidays and entertainments ", - said Sergey Koleboshin.

The premises in which a new kindergarten is opened has been reconstructed at the expense of funds from rayon and local budgets.

It should be noted that during the last academic year five kindergartens were opened in the Odesa region, seven educational institutions and nine kindergartens were restored, licenses were issued to eight private property centers and 27 groups were opened in functioning pre-school establishments.

Recall that in Odesa Oblast, by the end of 2019, it is planned to completely eliminate the queues for kindergartens in the countryside.
