Gorstofestyl "Gergievold Panajir - Delicious Lamb" was clearly featured in Bolgar
May 4 was the second in 2019 the festival of local national cuisine "Gergovodsky panair - Delicious lamb". This is the first gastronomic regional festival where Bulgarian, Gagauzian, Ukrainian, Albanian and Moldavian cuisines were presented.
The key moment of the fest was the ancient Bulgarian rite of "St. George's Day" - the bake of ritual bread for the owner of the house and lead him to the litter, and upon his return, meeting his ritual dish "curban".
For the participants and guests were equipped with great photo zones, they were able to taste different dishes and delicious meals, to taste homemade wine. For children, the organizers have located an area with attractions.
We would like to emphasize that the gastrofest was visited by several thousand people.
