The Regional Development Council first went to Podolsk

The Regional Development Board has begun its work in Podolsk. During the event, the participants heard a report from the mayor and considered a prospective plan for the development of the territory for 2019-2021 years.

"The country is going through modernization and reformation. The quality of services for the population is constantly improving. New projects are being implemented. All this thanks to the decentralization reform initiated by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, "said Anatoliy Ivanov, the mayor.

In addition, the participants of the event reviewed the city's development plan for the next three years. In Podolsk, they plan to create a number of social facilities: a district hospital and a perinatal center based on a local hospital, Transparent Office. In addition, the Regional Development Council discussed construction of solar power stations, pressure collectors, industrial park and solid waste recycling plant in the city. Also, in the development plan indicated a major overhaul of the city and the stadium "Lokomotiv".

Recall that President Petro Poroshenko instructed regional leaders to develop plans for the prospective development of territories for 2019-2021, to discuss and adopt them at the community level. The result of the joint work will be an updated plan for the development of the entire region for the next three years.
