The Council of Regional Development of the Artyzsky District has united over 200 participants

The first meeting of the Council for Regional Development of the Arzzyzsky District was attended by more than 200 participants. They discussed the results of the rayon state administration and local governments, as well as the prospects for development in 2019-2021.

"Thanks to the decentralization reform initiated by the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, we have the opportunity to solve many years of problems. Such as replacement of heating systems, repair of water pipes, replacement of water towers, etc., - said the head of the Arzyska Regional State Administration Sergey Parpulansky.

He added that in two months it is necessary to develop a district development plan in order to concentrate financial resources on the relevant facilities.

The changes in the field of education and medicine were reported by Oksana Stoyanova, head of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Artsyzsky District Administration, and Zinoviy Chelak, Chief Physician at the Arcyzsky Central District Hospital.

The meeting was attended by the head of the agrarian policy department of the Odessa Regional State Administration Ivan Petriv. He noted the achievements of the region in the agricultural sector, namely high yields of agricultural crops and grapes.

The rayon district commissioner instructed the heads of the executive committees of city and village councils to hold meetings or round tables with residents on January 15, 2019, during which they would discuss prospective development plans of the territories.
