In Odesa oblast, over 70 million hryvnias have been allocated to create an educational space in all the first classes of the New Ukrainian School. Funds were received from the state budget and already distributed by regions and OTG. This will allow you to purchase the modern furniture, computer equipment, multimedia content for teachers, the mini-printing factory and didactic materials necessary for training under the updated program. This became known during the open discussion "The state and prospects of realization of national reforms in the Odessa region".

"The modernization of the educational process today begins with elementary school. The new Ukrainian school serves as the basis for the Law "On Education" adopted by President Petro Poroshenko, which has new state standards. The main purpose of the Nursery School is to create a school in which it will be a pleasure to study, and students should receive not only knowledge of what is happening now but also the ability to apply "said Yuriy Zalevsky, deputy director of the Institute for the Modernization of the Educational Content of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Note that the Odessa region was the first in Ukraine to train teachers for Nursery. The pilot project was attended by 250 students who will begin teaching leashes in the fall in interactive teaching technologies. This year, knowledge of the updated standard in the Odessa region will receive over 27,000 students in 1300 classes.

During the panel discussion, experts also discussed the introduction of inclusive education in the educational institutions of the Odessa region. The law, adopted on the initiative of First Lady of Ukraine Marina Poroshenko, gives children with special needs the opportunity to receive high-quality education at their place of residence. At the moment, inclusive educational space in the region comprises 108 institutions of general secondary education. They comprise 205 classes of inclusive education, in which 465 students acquire knowledge.

"Inclusive education is not just a visit to a child with special needs of a regular school. It is about creating a special approach to teaching such a child there, which involves additional elements of the educational process - an individual plan for the development of such a child, a specially equipped place and proper conditions for it ", - noted the doctor of philosophy on inclusive education Marina Malik.

In addition, the discussion participants discussed the results of the decentralization reform in the educational sphere. For example, representatives of the Baltic community shared their own experience.

"The Baltic community is one of the largest in the Odessa region. Decentralization reform has led to systemic shifts. When it comes to education, in all basic schools of the community, comfortable conditions for the teacher and the child are created. The unified management system allows the education to work productively with culture, library and sport directions, "said the head of the Baltsky OTG Sergey Mazur.

The participants also noted that "the reform of education is implemented in the context of the expansion of the Ukrainian-speaking cultural space." At the same time, since the year 2018, the BeSmart online training platform for training has become available throughout the country. At the initiative of the chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration Maxim Stepanov, students and graduates living in temporarily occupied territories and in rural areas can use it free of charge. According to experts, "BeSmart" is part of the modernization of the education system and pursues the goal of "humanitarian stitching" of Ukraine.
