"In the Odessa region, we have a steady growth in the export of our products. Of course, in order for it to be more competitive, harmonization with the European Union directives is required. I am sure that this will give a new impetus to the development of the economy and the output of products to the world market. At present, enterprises in the region carry out voluntary certification of products to comply with more than two thousand standards ", - said the chairman of the Odessa regional state administration Maxim Stepanov.

In turn, the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv noted that "the formation of standards - is the opening of new markets, new opportunities; is the creation of additional value and competitiveness of our products in world markets."

It is planned that the event will be attended by about 300 participants, including international experts, representatives of state enterprises, business structures and associations.
