Free medical examinations and consultations were launched in the Savran and Kodima districts within the framework of the "Mobile Polyclinic" project. Over the course of the day, experts visited more than 300 patients who needed medical help. This was reported in the Department of Health of the Odessa Regional State Administration.

"Today in the Odessa region launched the project" Mobile Polyclinics ". One of the cars worked in the village of Kontseb Savransky district, the other - in Kodima. Each team has 5 doctors and an X-ray examiner. According to the results of the surveys, some patients have been diagnosed with diabetes and thyroid disease, while others, if necessary, received referral for additional examinations in specialized medical care institutions ", - said Olena Teryaeva, Director of the Department of Health of the State Department of Health.

Note that diagnosis in mobile clinics is carried out according to the direction of the family doctor. After all, these experts are best guided, which of the patients need urgent examination. Thus, an entry in the mobile clinic is formed in advance, and patients do not have inconvenience with expectations. However, if one of the residents applies without a preliminary record, depending on the state of health, he will receive a referral or will be able to undergo the required examination by a specialist in place.

Each brigade of doctors includes: a cardiologist, an ophthalmologist, an endocrinologist, a gynecologist, a mammologist and an ultrasound specialist. Telemedicine is used to diagnose if necessary.

Mobile clinics in Savran and Kodima districts will work in other villages on schedule for December 12-13. Then the clinics will move to 2 other districts in the Odessa region.

The project "Mobile Polyclinic" is part of the reform of rural medicine, launched by President Petro Poroshenko in the Oknyansky district. It involves the detection of pathologies of the most common diseases at an early stage and the further sending of patients for examination and treatment in institutions of highly specialized medical care.

Recall that on December 10, the chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration Maxim Stepanov presented the project "Mobile Polyclinic". It is planned that during the first wave of auto-ambulance inspections will be visited in 75 settlements of the region and will examine about 20 thousand rural population.
