"Mobile clinic": doctors conducted diagnostics in two districts of the Odessa region
Medical surveys of the population within the framework of the "Mobile Polyclinic" project took place in the Baltic and Ananivsky districts. In total, over three days, teams of specialists visited more than a thousand inhabitants. According to the results of the surveys, about 120 patients were diagnosed for the first time.
"Two teams of specialists continue medical examinations of the rural population within the framework of the project" Mobile Polyclinic ". This week, specialists worked in the northern regions of Odesa region - Ananivsky and Baltsky. Most patients needed consultations with a cardiologist, an endocrinologist and an ultrasound doctor. During the stay of doctors, 122 patients were diagnosed for the first time, that is, the pathology was discovered precisely through the "Mobile Polyclinic". And a person can start treatment in a timely manner, "- said the director of the Department of Health of the RSA Olena Teryaeva.
Since the districts organized the transportation of patients from neighboring settlements, the maximum number of people was able to obtain professional advice.
According to the results of the diagnosis, some residents were sent to clarify the diagnosis to the CRF or regional medical institutions. Moreover, in some patients suspicion of oncological diseases has been identified.
Olena Teryaeva emphasizes that the project "Mobile Polyclinic" is designed for at least a year to reach as many settlements as possible. In particular, the Odesa Regional State Administration offered deputies of the regional council to provide UAH 3.8 million under the "Affordable Medicine" program for the continuation of the project.
Note that each brigade of the "Mobile Polyclinics" physicians includes: cardiologist, ophthalmologist, endocrinologist, gynecologist, ultrasound doctor, X-ray laboratory. Telemedicine is used to diagnose if necessary. The survey is carried out by everyone who received a referral from their family doctor.
On the second Sunday of the work of the mobile clinic, two teams of doctors conducted an examination of the residents in Ananiv, the villages of Gandrabura and Zherebkovo (Ananivsky district), as well as in Balta, the villages of Pischan and Plavajakovo (Baltsky District).
The following areas, which specialists will visit in January 2019 - Lyubashevsky and Oknyansky.
Recall that the head of the Odessa Regional State Administration Maxim Stepanov initiated the project "Mobile Polyclinic", which is part of the reform of rural medicine, which was launched by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. The project involves identifying the most common diseases at an early stage and further sending patients for examination and treatment at highly specialized care institutions. It is planned that during the first wave of reviews experts will visit 75 settlements of the region and will examine about 20 thousand rural population.
