The Odesa Regional State Administration has prepared recommendations for educational institutions in the region to make the external evaluation as comfortable and safe as possible, as well as the rules for the operation of kindergartens. Everything is under strict control of observance of rules of individual protection for inhabitants of area. The head of the Odesa regional state administration Maksym Kutsyi reported about it.

"We are currently working to coordinate our efforts to ensure safe conditions for our children. Educational institutions in the region must provide a list of school buses and routes to transport students to the EIT points: all vehicles will be treated with disinfectant solutions after each flight. Teachers and children will be provided with the necessary amount of disinfectants, protective masks, "said Maksym Kutsyi.

In addition, the head of the regional state administration spoke about the principle according to which kindergartens will soon start operating in the Odesa region, namely, groups will be open to working parents. All kindergartens must be provided with the necessary amount of disinfectants and PPE - they are allowed to accept children who do not have symptoms of viral infection and have a certificate from a family doctor about the epidemiological environment of the child.

Experts note that the possibility of PCR testing of preschool staff is currently being discussed. Only in the absence of any symptoms of viral infection will be able to start working with children. Both children and adults will have their temperatures measured daily in the facilities.

Maksym Kutsyi noted that the educational program is adapted to the new conditions of quarantine restrictions with the use of distance education technologies.

We will remind, trial EIT will take place from June 15 to June 17, 2020. The main session of the External Evaluation is from June 25 to July 17, the results should be received by July 31.
