The Odessa Oblast continues to build a network of modern administrative services. You can receive assistance in setting up or modernizing the CNAC by submitting an application for participation in the international program "U-LEAD with Europe". This was stated during the third informational session with the experts of the program in the Odessa regional state administration.

"Such centers, where it is possible to receive qualitative and fast administrative services, are necessary for citizens. Today in the region there is a network of 38 CNACs. However, this figure can be increased by using international technical assistance for Ukraine. Applications for participation in the program may be sent even by those who have just decided to establish a center, "said Kateryna Patrashka, Head of the Department for Coordination of Administrative Services and Informatization of the Department of Economic Policy and Strategic Planning of the Odessa Regional State Administration.

The conditions for participation in the program "U-LEAD with Europe" can be found at the link: https://tsnap.ulead.org.ua/. Applications in the third round will last until January 31, 2019.

To date, the program has already signed declarations and technical tasks for the establishment of centers for the provision of administrative services in the Vilkivsk, Berezivka, Tatarbunary towns and Krasnosilsk village councils. At present, repairs are being carried out in selected premises.

In addition, during the informational session, the parties noted the positive experience of cooperation. For example, the Tsentralny District of the Yuzhny city entered the 10 pilot centers from all over the country, where the software "VULIK" was installed. "This is an example of modernization and process automation," added Kateryna Patrashka.

Recall that in May 2018, eight applications were selected for participation in the project. Support for the creation and modernization of the CNAPs is provided in the united territorial communities (or in the communities of potential centers of OTG).

For reference. "U-LEAD with Europe" is one of the largest programs of international technical assistance for Ukraine to support decentralization. The program is funded by the European Union and its member countries, in particular Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Poland, Sweden.
