The Odesa Regional State Administration held a meeting on the future fate of the "house of marriage". It will be transferred from the Odesa regional state administration to the Kodyma area.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration Denys Vanash. The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration Vitalii Svichynskyi, directors of profile departments and deputies of the regional council.

The discussion revealed that no legal documents confirming the legal status of the building exist.

There are currently several ways to resolve the issue. One is to tidy up the building, move it or destroy it.

It has been found that the "wedding house" consists of wooden beams that form the roof frame, and the base of the walls is made of plasterboard and aluminum.

It was decided that the building should be in line with the concept of the location itself, as well as benefit people. It is therefore advisable to move it where appropriate thematic cultural events take place. This is the place chosen by the Kodyma District, where the eco-ethno-festival "Kodyma-Fest" is organized annually.

"We will work out all the necessary documentation and legal aspects of this facility. To do this, we will turn to the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate in Odesa region. The purpose of the work done is not to destroy the cultural object, but to preserve it. Therefore, the correct solution in this story will be to coordinate the action plan with the city council. And then transfer the object to the appropriate area, ”- said the Deputy Head of Regional State Administration Denys Vanash.

After all the preparatory actions, the specified object will be transferred and the territory where it is located.
